Are you having difficulty accessing your records?
Send an e-mail message to our support staff and we will answer your questions
in a timely manner. Support staff does not work twenty-four hours a day…there
may be a few hour time delay in a response if you are someone who tends
to work during the nighttime.

Q. What will this website allow me to do?
A. Team Management Services will allow directors to input, maintain and
track student and parent information, clothing orders, contest registrations,
financial records for each team member, communicate with members and parents,
allow for credit card payments, and will allow the parents to have constant
access to their students records.
Q. Is this website designed so that people can just
click through the screens…is it self-explanatory?
A. Yes, this site was designed to need very little instruction from the
standpoint of data input. Directors, parents, and students will find it
very user-friendly and will feel very comfortable with the screens.
Q. My district does not accept credit card payments,
how can this site work around that condition?
A. Team Management Services will accept credit card payments for any orders
placed and or trip payments that the director allows. Team Management Services
will write a check to the respective team on a monthly basis reducing
the number of NSF checks and late payments.
Q. Are there additional costs associated with the
credit card payment feature?
A. Yes, 5% service charge on each item paid for by credit card. HOWEVER, the parent
is given this information before choosing their method of payment.
Q. What security measures are taken for the team members
and their parents?
A. We do not store any financial information or credit card information. Student and Parent personal information is secured will never be released by our company.
