General Access gives you the power to
delegate tasks, allow parents to pay by credit card, guaranteeing you on time
monthly payments. You have access to all files and records all the time. Members
and their parents are given passwords that allow them to view their account
information 24 hours a day. Site design includes member and parent information,
calendars, mass e-mail capabilities, order information,
and MUCH MORE!

Initial Data Entry is beneficial to those
teams whose members generally do not have access to the Internet on a daily
basis. We provide generic forms for parents and students to fill out, collect
the completed forms and enter the information into the website.
$100 +
$1/student over 100 students
On-Site Workshops allow us to attend your initial parent
meeting and walk parents through the set-up and completion of all forms and data
entry. Suggestions and options on how to best utilize this service are
available.
$50 per hour (within a 50 mile radius of Houston); Pricing on an individual
basis outside of the Houston Area
